Creeping

Christmas seems to be creeping up on me this year. I finally got my cards written and posted, and as I have a friend visiting tomorrow, I thought I’d make some biscuits and dig out my Christmas tin to put them in. They are Spekulaas biscuits, for which I have a great fondness from my time in The Netherlands and NE Germany. They aren’t sold in many places in this country- there is one Supermarket which sells them and they are sometimes to be had on Christmas Markets at an exorbitant price.
