Stollen

I've seen a few stollens on Blip lately which reminds me how much I like it.  As usual, with my bread efforts , I think its over proved because its a bit flat and the marzipan seems to have sunk to the bottom,. Although there is always the possibility that I cooked it upside down by mistake. 
Never mind the ingredients taste good .
