Guess the Number of Seals

I appreciate that an extreme landscape doesn't work that well on Blip, but I just had to post this.

I've never seen such a huge colony of seals anywhere! Must have been 800-1000 today! If you view Large you'll get a better idea of the sheer mass of bodies.

It was the lowest tide I've seen at Newburgh, which allowed you to get nearer the North bank of the river mouth to view the seals.

When we walked out along a big sand bar and I plotted us on Google Maps we must have been standing in water about 300m offshore!
