Spoon blank

An emergency blip this evening of a spoon in progress.

I've been rather hung over today and it's probably the worst I've had in a really long time.

I did take Barley for a run at lunch to see if I could sweat it out which kind of worked.

Q was very pleased as he went completed stage 3 of his swimming and is now moving up to 4.

Indie had a slightly frightening experience in the pool as she lost her footing and went under the water which has shaken her.

Z very close to handing in her ammendments on her chapter.
