Not the birthday I'd hoped D would have.  No meal out at our favourite restaurant (thanks Omicron) but I did manage to make one of his favourite dinners - steak ciabatta with mayo and chilli jam.

Tesco delivery this morning, which contained a lot of festive food and thankfully it was all delivered.  D had an hour at the driving range and I wrapped some more pressies.

Alan P, who was the electrician on our building work, popped in early evening to hand in some ceramics I had ordered from him (as well as being a brilliant electrician he is also a very talented potter)  It was lovely to catch up with him and see his fabulous work.  No doubt it will be blipped at some point.

Supposed to be seeing Ele and Kenny for lunch in the coming week as well as Alan' pal Andrew coming for a couple of nights on Monday, and photographing Esme on Sunday, but seriously considering taking Sage's advice and taking a 10 day circuit breaker lockdown to (hopefully) ensure our family get together on Boxing Day can go ahead.  

Final decision will be made in the morning.
