Persimmons

Persimmons.

Last year our CSA tried to bury us in a never ending supply of pomegranates. This year it is an onslaught of persimmons. After lunch today, we managed to get down to seven remaining, though we are likely to get at least six more tomorrow along with some apples. I did a persimmon chiffon pie last week. Perhaps it's time I try making a persimmon bread.

To be clear, this is not a problem I mind having.
