Perfect Yorkshire Puds

I pulled out an old cookery book and found this post it note stuck inside the front cover. Written by gorgeous daughter (neither of us can work out when but it has to be a minimum of five years ago) it brought a smile to my face so I decided to use the recipe ... and I have to say the yorkies were pretty good.

I posted the pic on fb letting her know of the find, and her reply? "I don't use that recipe any more!"
