All is not as it may appear

An 8.30am phone call to Mum's doctor.
A phone chat apt at 10.05am.
A 10.50am face to face apt with doctor at surgery.
A vein tweaked/stretched while I was cutting Mum's toenails last Thursday was the probable cause of her pain & discomfort. I did suggest that to mum at the time but she did'nt think that could have been the cause.  What a relief! A prescription to pick up later. 
A lunch date with jorgiesmum, Carolyn, & Nicky, a new venue for our meal, not overly impressed by food, but great company, plenty of laughter, plus exchange of pressies.
Masterchef The Professionals final  ... a very close call, the clingwrap & prawn intestine hidden on Marcus Waring's plate scuppered Liam's chance of winning , it could very easily have been Aaron or Dan. Dan got to hold the trophy.
