Manly Fish Market

Spit Bridge to Manly is a favourite walk - 10km of harbour foreshores, sandy coves, former pleasure grounds, Depression-era artists’ camps, wildflowers and wildlife including, once, a wallaby. Unfortunately in trying to clean my phone screen I inadvertently turned the brightness to nil, so no pics. Finally fixed at our destination.

It’s a fish ‘n’ chip shop rather than a market, with a romantic view of fishmongers past on the right and a kitchenhand, out of frame, head down behind the window on the left.
