Garden birds

My forever friends and I should have had a festive lunch today, but we decided against it in view of the recommendations of the government to stay at home as much as possible.  We had been going to a very small restaurant and we were worried about the distancing there.  Very disappointing but the best thing to do under the circumstances.  The numbers succumbing to the new variant are crazy, and very worrying too.

We did nip out to the shops for essentials, but apart from that have remained at home.  'It's beginning to feel a lot like lockdown'....this could be put to music if wished.

The activity in the garden was hectic at times, and I managed some photos, but a lot were blurred, these wee birds move very fast.......
