Not Christmas

Today was Jim’s funeral. He was 92.
He had a fall and fractured some ribs and died in hospital 3 days later from pneumonia . It wasn’t really a sad occasion as his wif had lost him many years ago to Alzheimer’s disease.
He was an allotment holder for many years and grew his own veg. So it was very fitting to have two baskets of veg on his coffin.
We didn’t go to the funeral as we did the catering.
And we got home my letter telling me I had an appointment on Thursday 16th December for an R device to befitted turned up!!!!
