Spoke to the Dr this morning , he has put me on the waiting list for a scan. He has changed my stomach meds to test for good/bad bacteria for a few wks, then I will give another sample. 
Walked up to the surgery to get prescription then onto the chemist. 

Took a detour to the harbour as the sun was setting . 
Exhausted after that.
