Presents

I have received lots of Christmas gifts from my colleagues and the children at school which I am very grateful for but two have been a bit more special than the others. The first one was just a simple gold chocolate coin in a card I said to the child "That chocolate coin in my card was a lovely surprise" he replied " I thought you deserved it for all the lovely things you do for us in the class" ( cue a slight year in my eye) it's nice to know that you are appreciated for what you do. The second one was from a little girl who I escort downstairs from her class at the end of the day as she wears a body brace and has to use the lift which she can't use on her own I wasn't expecting a present as I do it as part of my job ( cue another little tear).
