Roeddwn i'n meddwl y roeddwn i wedi dianc o broblemau ar ôl y brechiad ond  i wedi ffeindio fy hun yn teimlo wedi blino ar ddiwedd y dydd, weithiau gyda phen tost hefyd. Ond heddiw roeddwn i wedi blino ar ddechrau'r dydd... Felly roeddwn i'n meddwl ei bod hi'n bryd gwrando ar y symptomau a chael diwrnod tawelach heb ormod o waith. Weithiau mae'n rhaid i chi arafu.

I thought I had escaped problems after the vaccination but found myself feeling tired at the end of the day, sometimes with a headache too. But today I was tired at the start of the day ... So I thought it was time to listen to the symptoms and have a quieter day without too much work. Sometimes you just have to slow down.
