A lonely goose

There was only one goose in the field today, plus a lot of feathers. I wonder if the fox has been around again and caught its friend, I’ve seen it hanging around here quite afew times. There were fewer chickens in the neighbouring field too and a hastily repaired fence so it might have had a field day so to speak.
