Let's enjoy it while we can

A day of two halves.

This morning while we were in the town, I almost had to have my hand up constantly shielding my eyes from the low sun.   We stopped to speak to someone briefly, and I couldn't even see who it was.

When we drove into town - the fog was sitting about 20 miles off the coast like a big low cloud...

Oh heavens, excuse me while I drool.  Si is cooking and my stomach is rumbling

We did odds and ends around the town, and then the supermarket, all the time under a brilliant, bright low sun.  When we came out of the supermarket, there was a muted light everywhere.  The fog had rolled in and eaten the light.

We climb a hill on the way home and atop the hill, the sun was still shining - on Dundonald Hill, the sun was still shining there too.

As the afternoon rolled into a close - the fog got thicker and deeper,  and we had this beautiful muted vision outside.

It's strange, eerie, and exciting all at the same time.

Had a Martini to make the evening brighter.

I can barely hold my head up now.
