Saturday: Today’s Salad …

… Good King Henry, red-veined sorrel, watercress, American land cress, French sorrel, pea shoots, wild dandelion, wild sea cabbage - all from the garden.
It was 1°C last night and our neighbour’s car already had its roof covered in frost and a very cold start this morning but it stayed sunny and clear all day. Very misty again this evening.
I’ve been watching a film on the Roku channel for last couple of days  - “Once More” with one of my favourite actors, Morgan Freeman :-)
Marzipan on the 2 small Christmas cakes which will have icing on them before delivery midweek.
MrD took the electric bike out for a ride over to Bodafon mountain.
As dusk was falling I made us a cup of tea (using loose tea leaves) then took mine outside to watch the setting sun, accompanied by The Robin who had me moving pots so he could find supper!
