St Michaels Church, Tilehurst.

There has been a church here since the 12th century, the tower seen here dates from the 1730's but the spire was added in 1855. This popular church is a tranquil oasis on the outskirts of what is now Tilehurst centre. I did notice that the clock on this face shows 10:15, however on the other side of the tower it shows 08:15 - it was actually around half past four!!
