Wastewater issues

It has been raining steadily all week we are getting more rain than normal and it is causing Wastewater Problems. Recieved a call saying Wastewater was flooding into this shed, no it was not it was rain water. This is a continuous problem here, so why put the shed there and why not do something yourself to prevent issues happening.
