A small rant. The cell phone companies really need to streamline their process.  We've been Sprint customers for years and T-Mobile bought them out, so I decided to do the migration and get a new phone in the process.  I was there for 3-1/2 hours.  The guy who helped me was fantastic and extremely helpful but the process in mind blowing.  End of rant!
