Everlasting?

This little Campanula self seeded into one of the garden walls some years ago, literally growing out of accumulated moss, and seems to be in flower the whole year round surviving extremes of weather in all the seasons. Today has been overcast all day and the biting winds of yesterday have begun to subside encouraging me to give some of the shrubs their winter prune as there is no frost in the forecast.
