High family excitement

Having a quiet Chinese and Rum (the obvious combination) at M's when we got a phone call announcing the engagement of DS#1 and C. Much excitement for one and all.
Not least for DS#1 and C who as well as getting engaged had spent a fair bit of the day getting tested for Covid. Modern times.
