Pub pre Christmas

Out to lunch with good friends. It was a special birthday for him and we were treated to a delicious Sunday roast at The Cricketers, Clavering. It’s a lovely gastro pub complete with open fire. A very congenial pre Christmas get together. 

It felt safe Covid-wise but they had a lot of cancellations which is a disaster for small businesses. The bar would normally be crowded on a Sunday.

My pal has lent me one of his film cameras so I have a new one in the stable to try out.
