Another day which didn't encourage venturing out. The words on the plate read

TREASON IS NOT OWNED WHEN TIS DISCRIED
SUCCESSFULL CRIMES ALONE ARE JUSTIFIED

These are lines from a poem by John Dryden called The Medal. I don't understand them much less the picture.
