Mr B’s Insalata

Only photos today were of Mr B’s wonderful salad. That’s lunch most days. He’s a creature of habit, so it’s always the same, little gem lettuce (or webbs), radicchio, and his signature vinaigrette. Some recent touches are to add salad onion, and for me kalamata olives and toasted sesame seed.

Sad to hear about Richard Rogers. Still remember the excitement of seeing the Pompidou Centre, and when a friend took me round of the Lloyds Building.
