A Quiet Day

Our house seemed very quiet today - well, from 10 people down to 2 is quite a change! However, we pottered about, putting toys away, sorting washing (there is plenty of that to do) and making an attempt to resume our normal everyday life.
But I've developed a cold, which is very boring! The sun shone, the flowers nodded in the garden, but I didn't go out much - it was quite good to read a book, and catch up with my blips !
