Slow sunday

I ran my usual 13.1 miles this morning in the fog - making it my 42nd half marathon this year.

I have a slightly sore foot and realised I have ran over 500 miles in my current shoes, oops.

I don’t have a new pair until Christmas Day so will have to plough on in these which I’m slightly worried about as will run about 45 miles between now and then… oh well.

These colourful brights are still beautiful in my kitchen x
