Bit of a mystery

Once a month I take part in a project in an old folks home in Auchterarder taking poetry, stories and songs to a group of residents. On my way back I pass this monument which always gives me the shivers. However, despite many women being burned as witches in that area (I think they've stopped now) there is no record of a Maggie Wall. More here
