It's a bit rusty

This is the new student tower at Leeds Met, they're taking the scaffolding down and the look they've gone for is 'rusty'. And they have indeed achieved it! It looks like a rusty big tower block - still I don't want to sound like Prince Charles, so I'll just stand back stroke my goatee and comment nod as if I know what look they were going for, and approve of the overall concept.
