Shopping

Ever since the first lockdown, N has done most of our shopping. He is very good at it, and seems to enjoy it. But today I felt the urge to have a good browse in a supermarket, looking for interesting treats for Christmas. It wasn’t too crowded and I soon had a trolley full.
All Christmas jobs put on one side as we watched South Pacific. It was so good to sing along with all those very familiar songs, but I had forgotten the story.
