Boiled brassicas give most folk the fear. Food waste scares me more. That and the knowledge that the nutrients in topsoil are being depleted by modern farming methods. Organic farming helps to reintroduce some nutrients back into the soil. High costs make this a choice for only those that can pay for it. I'm going to fry mine with some bacon and maybe a tattie or two.
