Santa’s little helper

I noticed the postie from the distance and got a couple of street shots, but when he came to deliver our post I opened the door and asked if I could take his picture and that I would explain why when I was finished. He smiled nicely for me!!

I said that I took a shot of the day, a significant event, and that his visit and the post were it!!! He was fair chuffed to hear and asked if he looked ok with his hat. He went off chuckling.
