Cakes…

I decided to bake for a couple of pals today… one has Covid and the other has her Mum visiting… cake may not solve either issue but it should take the edge off!

Slight hiccup though… I saw loaf tin liners whilst I was shopping and thought that was genius. Save the faff of chopping up greaseproof paper. Aye… all good till it comes to lifting them out of the tins. Turns out I’m not such a genius after all!

Only a minor mess and one broken crust and now they’re wrapped and ready for doorstep drop offs tomorrow.
