.......with my MAMIL lycra, I've now discovered that it's perfectly acceptable to wear socks over your cycling shoes....brilliant. Great cycle round the north of the city this evening.

Less good news was Iain Banks announcing online today that he has gall bladder cancer and only a few months to live. He found out in February....shocking and truly sad.
