Greyfriars churchyard

In a change from my usual lunchtime ambling route, I went and had a poke round Greyfriars churchyard today. It was cold but lovely and sunny, and the churchyard is a real sun-trap. In front of the church is the grave of Greyfriars Bobby, the wee dog famous for his loyalty even after the death of his master.

The churchyard was a really nice spot I thought, not creepy at all. A few other people were out and about, some having their lunch. I'll definitely go back some time and have a look at some of the grave stones sometime.

I'm away from stupid o'clock tomorrow morning for work then a conference, will still be taking pictures but might not be online for a few days.
