It was my hope that I might see a lovely sunrise this morning  but it was not to be - the forecast  is still showing sunshine, however grey skies persist. I did like this scene  - it epitomises the bleakness of a Yorkshire landscape on a mid winter morning. This little weatherbeaten tree says it all.
From tomorrow the days get longer - yay!
