Time to make the mince pies

Just soaking the fruit overnight in a little bit of Je ne sais quoi. I’m delighted to see that Sainsbury’s have brought back their ready rolled sweet pastry again. I pass it off as my own as it’s so good!! I’m all for short cuts.
