Baking Day

The plan was to skip the baking this year. But than my mum decided that every family member could wish their favourite cookie.
So we had a baking day and I helped my mum a lot.
This are Renfrebar's favourites. They are very spicy and will be filled with jam and get a cover with a Rum flavoured glaze and chocolate sprinkles.
