Water fountain Lights

Not sure of the actual name but it looked like a water fountain to me.  I was down by the marina after going to the food bank and saw this.  It's fairly new as they've been building new condos or something like that down on the waterfront.  Lovely places and I bet they cost a whole lot more than I could afford per month!!   A nice day ( not so much weather wise) with lots being accomplished and enjoying the Christmas season.
