he guys sorry on such a late blip, I did it I lost 2.5 today thats a grand total of 4st 8.5 lbs cant tell you how happy I am the feeling of stepping on those scales and losing is magical I nearly shed a tear I was so happy, this is my new slimmer face. Still a long way to go but im getting there and that's what matters.
