Long pile

"Happy" first day of winter. It's chilly today but not as cold as the last two days. My walk wasn't awful, just cold.

This is a short week at work because of the holiday. It falls on a weekend, so we've got Friday to Monday off. That's nice.

I'm excited about Christmas for the first time in a while. Because my new job pays much better than my last job, I'm able to afford more and better gifts. I'm looking forward to Jill's reaction when she sees what I got her. I also got my brother and mom better things than I normally had in the past.
