It’s officially Christmas - the nativity set is out!

My pal the Veep knitted this for me quite a few years ago. Number 1 peanut liked it so much that she was presented with her own knitted set. Then of course the Precious wanted one so auntie Veep had to wield the knitting needles once again.

The little Guslings (younger daughter’s children) love the sheep; they don’t remain too long near the manger. Saying that, the Ards Man is also a bit mischievous with sheep placement and it’s often entertaining to see what they get up to here in our own little abode.

The Ards Man is doing a bit of foraging this afternoon and has set out in search of scallops for our Christmas starter. I’m hoping they arrive still in their shells, but we’ll see.
