Red sky in the morning Sailors/Shepherds warning!

A very fiery looking sky greeted me this morning when I walked to get the newspaper. The old saying again proved accurate with rain moving in by late afternoon, but fortunately this morning I was able to continue Winter pruning, get some washing dry and clear the veg patch as I am considering raised beds for some of the area. The extra shows a different patch of this morning's sky where photobombing by about 50 Rooks took place. This was only part of a much larger flock.
