Derek's happy

Derek has been outside all of today, in the sun. He's had chickens, Laurence and Linda ( they're building DD an outside office), Harvey and Stanley and me for company. And because he escaped his cardboard box in the conservatory this morning, he's now being a big boy and sleeping outside. He has a chicken house all to himself lined with lots of straw to snuggle in to. I've just been out to give him his last bottle and he looked very cosy. He's luckier than the other lambs out in the fields.
