Song of Winter

Dull and very cold but forced myself for a good run of 15k, speeding up somewhat on the way back which was less uphill and less wind.
Sometimes it is relatively flat around here.

Off to last yoga class of the year now. New regulations mean that masks must be worn at all times. Going to be interesting.
