Castle

Sunny day. Went out on bike to Kilbirnie (40km). Saw this ruin of a castle with the sheep and lambs in the foreground.

Felt quite tired by the time I get home with sore knees as the last time I was on the bike was 1st February. Advice I was given was to cover them with GT 85, wipe off, then cover in oil! 'Well it worked for your bike!'
