Shottery Brook

I had a good night and have been feeling OK today following yesterday's procedure.  I managed to get out for a walk this afternoon. As I was idly watching the brook I spotted a thrush resting on a bench, then shortly after a blackbird came down to the brookside to take a bath.  Two pics for Wild Wednesday hosted by Cailleach.  Not being able to decide between the two I put them together.

Later I made a risotto for tea.
