Frosty morning

Our first real frost of the season today. Enough to put a skim of ice on the pond. It all looked very pretty. Today has been getting ready for a week up in a cottage at Jedburgh. The size of the heaps in the hall you’d think I was going for 6 months not 6 days! Late afternoon I went for a long slow run, then when I got back made the apple tart (see extra) which is my contribution for pudding our first two nights.
