Football Back Blip

We were away all day yesterday and got back late tonight.

A busy day buying replacement PVC windows for the green house , we did get them at a fraction of the cost of the same items which I was ordering online until I found out the cost of delivery doubled the cost of the item. Seems Argyll is considered to exist , not on mainland Scotland but is an island accroding to the firm supplying te materials. WE get this kind of thing all the time and haveto look around for reasonable prices.

Anyway last night we took our teenage grandson and two of his friends to the Sons game away at hami;ton where we won on Saturday. Not this time as the referee's decisions cost us at least one of the goals against us , if not both. he seemed blind to all the obstructive play against us , this corner action being one example where you can clearly see the Accies player holding our man back from the corner in an attempt to prevent hime reaching the ball.

Both managers comp0lained to the refere and lines men several time but it was pointless. Still it is only a game, such is life. Saturday sees us over at Falkirk , so I will get a chance to see the Falkirk wheel for the first time as we're heading over early for that.
