Oh dear . . .

Lottie well and truly blotted her copy book! There is a love of books, and there is a love of books! This is, hopefully, the first and last instance of this behaviour!

To be fair, it was lent to me by Julia, who has two dogs, so it probably did have canine smells on it. She laughed heartily when I showed her what Lottie had done! It had been on its way to the charity shop but they didn't want any more, so had been consigned to a bag in the garage.
Lottie was just doing her own bit for recycling! Actually a pretty good read. A detective story by Katie Ellis.
